At EOS we live of our sales more than in most companies. As a consequence of this, we also invest more time and resources into our sales staff than most companies.
Your Job
Your job as a Telephone Salesperson is to sell European Office Systems’ products via telephone. Since we are an international company, EOS has developed the market’s best ideas, systems and processes in order to make your job as easy and stimulating as possible.
Our motto is simple: we want you to succeed and make a lot of money, because only then are we also successful.
Our Financial Offer
We believe that it is important that our Direct Sales Marketing staff earn good money for working hard and achieving results. Thus, we have one of the market’s most attractive salary and overall commissions systems.
We offer a fixed salary plus a very attractive (weekly) bonus and commission system. As a principle, experienced (or skilled) sales staff usually have a higher fixed salary than new starters. But no matter if you are young and inexperienced, or have some experience in Telesales: if you are successful, you may earn € 1,000 per week (or more)!
Sales Education and Training
Not everything is about money at EOS. We also “invest” considerable resources to prepare our Direct Sales Marketing staff to become the best in the market.
How do we do this? First of all, we train all of our staff (in the area of sales techniques) internally.
Secondly, we offer Professional Sales and Motivation Courses (external education, with professional sales & motivation trainers) for all of our Direct Sales Marketing staff. The first course last 6 months and is free for you. After this, we offer you to attend (also free of charge) a second sales course: this one being more advanced than the first one.
Official Sales Certificate
After you have attended both courses, our ambition is that you will have learned a lot and developed as a professional. You will obviously also have become a better Sales Person, and as a consequence, make more money. Additionally, you will receive an official certificate that you can personally use in the future in case you decide to “move on”.
