Sales is the essence of any company. Without sales, a company dies. EOS is a perfect place for energetic people who want to learn the important trade of sales. Moreover, EOS is part of a successful, international, company that has big international ambitions.

Our ambition is that you should grow together with us, either in the country you come from - or internationally. Leaving the international opportunities apart, here are the opportunities that exist in each, local, office (like EOS Hamburg, EOS Rotterdam or EOS Nice):


1. Front Sales

People aspiring for this department are usually (but not always) young people who wish to start-off their careers within the area of sales. As stated under “Become a Sales Person” , you will receive both internal as well as official and external sales education in order for you to be able to take the next step within EOS (or outside of our company). After the initial sales training, we provide you with lists of possible customers; and you call them to present the products we sell.


2. Database Sales

This is the second step after having worked at “Front”. Here, sales staff are more experienced (and as a consequence earn more money). The target at this department is to recover old customers who, for whatever reason, may have stopped working with EOS.


3. Reorder Sales

At Reorder people are very experienced in Sales. Subsequently, people working for this department can earn a lot of money. Sales staff at Reorder have their own customer database and work like Key Account Managers for these customers.


4. Sales Manager

The sales manager role is to manage all sales teams in an EOS office. This position requires communication skills, sales process knowledge, but most of all.. leadership! Our sales managers become real leaders and gain a lot of experience in managing big groups of people.



5. Other Positions within EOS / Eco Supplies Europe

We are a growing company. That means a lot of opportunities for young and talented people.

We are not only expanding in telesales operations. We are about to launch e-commerce web sites across Europe and we will need people within Business Development, as well as other positions, related to these sub-divisions of Eco Supplies.
