We are proud of the service we offer to our clients, and also of the quality of our ink and laser cartridges. European Office Systems’ cartridges are guaranteed to perform to your complete satisfaction throughout its entire life.European Office Systems cartridges (whether originals, so-called “OEM’s”, or Remanufactured ones) are guaranteed against defects throughout their entire life-span.
Our cartridges, ISO certified, are suitable for use in all major printer brand models. We guarantee that the manufacturer’s warranty is not in any way affected by their use. We carefully analyse and act upon our customers’ problems and comments in order to improve our service levels and the products we sell.
If any of our cartridges, for any reason, fail to provide your complete satisfaction they will be replaced with a new cartridge without any extra charge*.
*The guarantee does not apply to cartridges that are empty as a result of normal use.
