How do I place an order?
You can place your order by phone, fax and email or through our web shop.
On workdays you can contact us by phone between 8:30 am and 17:30 pm via the following European toll free telephone number: 00 800 8888-2-555.

Webshop
You can also order through our web shop, which requires a username and a password.
In case you do not have a username and a password for the web shop, please click on the "Register" button on the top right corner of this page and complete the registration form. We will process your registration as soon as possible. You can start ordering via the web-shop immediately after your registration has been accepted.
Do your cartridges have a lifetime guarantee?
es, of course. Our cartridges are guaranteed against defects throughout their entire life cycle. Our ISO certified cartridges are suitable for use in all major printer brand models. We guarantee that the manufacturer’s warranty is not in any way affected by their use. We carefully analyse and act upon customers’ problems, and comments, in order to improve our products and the service levels we offer to You.
Are your cartridges OEM?
We sell both Remanufactured, as well as original cartridges (called OEM’s). The quality of our remanufactured cartridges is similar to that of the OEMs. The life span of our remanufactured cartridges is, in many cases, longer than that of OEMs. Needless to say, all of our cartridges (whether originals or remanufactured) fit perfectly to your fax, copy of printer machine. Moreover, our remanufactured cartridges work exactly the same way as the OEM’ cartridges, except for the fact that our remanufactured cartridges are more environmentally friendly (since they have been recycled).
When will I receive my order?
Your order is normally delivered within 2 to 3 days depending on your country of residence.
What are the delivery costs?
It depends from which country you order the goods. As an example, a typical shipment within Europe add costs 7 EUR.
Where should you put my empty cartridges?
By all means, please submit your empty cartridges for recycling to a recycling agent. European Office Systems would be glad to process your empty cartridges. Please click here to have your empty cartridges recycled. We also offer cartridge collection boxes designed to store your empty cartridges. Please call us to receive them free of charge.
